Noriyuki Haga trounced his competition in the first race, on a Yamaha. Bayliss took the holeshot and had a serious lead, but then it appeared he had tire problems and had to settle for 4th.
In the second race no one could touch Bayliss on the Ducati. http://news.motorcyclesmack.com/100-...me-ducati.html Next year is going to be real interesting, what with Ducati getting a 20 percent increase in engine displacement. 1200cc twins will have to run air restrictors and 4 kg more weight than the fours, to be fair. But, really, does anyone think Ducati WON'T run away with the championship next year? |
