Sheesh!!! I rode Palomar Mountain Road today for the first time in about a year. Damn these freakin sportbikes are getting too popular! There were so many squids up there, crashes left and right, people coming onto my side of the road, it was damn scary. I know I'm getting old, but come on, seeing a squid leaned way over in a right turn, with his tires in your lane...just waiting for him to lowside and take me out....no thanks.

Yeah, it's that way at Deal's Gap a lot, I ride there sometimes and some days you can't believe how fast/poorly some of these guys are riding. It's a famous road, so people feel like it's their own racetrack. Fun, sure, but at what risk? This attracts too many police, too.
